Get back into the swing of things and find the balance these school holidays

20th December 2021 @ 10:00 am - 13th January 2022 @ 4:00 pm AEDT

AUD20

BK’s Gymnastics centres across Melbourne are offering a series of special half and full-day school holiday programs during the Christmas break – so if you ever wanted to give Australia’s fastest growing sport a go and get the kids active and out of the house, these holidays are the perfect chance.

Kids aged from one year old can find hours of fun in one of the programs and parents can stay and watch or drop and go. Programs run from December 20 to January 13 (depending on the location) and include:

Holiday Fun

In this program kids will learn basic gymnastics skills, play games and of course, have fun! Holiday Fun is ideal for kids aged 4+ who are new to gymnastics. Half day (3 hours): $45

 Ninja Fun

Ninja Fun is an action-packed program where kids will learn basic parkour skills while running, jumping and climbing through ever-changing obstacle course circuits. Ninja Day is best suited for kids aged 6+. Half day (3 hours): $45

Camp Cartwheel

Camp Cartwheel is a one or three-day gymnastics program for kids that want to fast-track their gymnastics training. In this program kids will focus on improving their technique, strength and flexibility. Camp Cartwheel is best suited for kids aged 6+ who attend regular gymnastics lessons. Or kids who are jumping to improve their gymnastics skills, fast.

One day: $90

Come and Play

Come and Play is a two-hour fun-filled play session for little ones aged 1-4 years.

In this program, kids will be kept busy and active through a range of gymnastics-based activities and games that will not only teach them key fundamental skills but also allow them to explore freely in an open setting. Fully qualified gymnastics coaches are on-hand to provide guidance, however, this is a parent-led session, designed to allow you and your little one the freedom to choose your activities based on your child’s interests. Two hours: $20

The sessions run at locations including Caroline Springs, Hawthorn, Bayside, Hoppers Crossing, Craigieburn and Bacchus Marsh. To view timetables and book: https://www.bkgymswim.com.au/gymnastics/school-holiday-program-gymnastics/
