Langwarrin man Malcolm Bohmeyer, 71, left his Cranbourne Rd home to go for a bike ride about 1.30pm on Wednesday and hasn’t been seen since.

Leading Senior Constable Rohan Imms said Mr Bohmeyer usually rides his blue mountain bike near the Cranbourne Rd – Peninsula Link bike path.

He was due home in the midafternoon but never arrived and has since missed his regular medication.

“Police and family hold concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition and that he’s recently been feeling unwell,” Sen-Const Imms said.

A photo has been released of Mr Bohmeyer, who has been described as caucasian, 178cm tall with a medium build and short grey hair.

He was wearing a blue helmet, black long sleeve shirt and grey track pants.

Anyone who sees Malcolm is urged to contact Carrum Downs police station on 8770 4100.
